Matt Cutts, Google’s head spam person, posted on Twitter that he wants you to send records and instances of scrape sites or Links that are outranking the original source.
He made a Google Doc kind where you can send the record over below. The kind asks you the source LINK, i.e. the original source of the material, the LINK of the page taking the material, the search results page page where it is being outranked, and merely a concur web link.
You should remember, in January 2011, Google came out with a formula especially developed to stop scrapes from rating well, i.e. the scrape formula.
The most effective instance thus far was posted by +JonDunn with a suggestion from Dan Barker.
